Wiley X who is one of the leading safety glass producers worldwide, will introduce the full on-site optician system X-LAB to the Danish industry at the HI[13] show in Herning the 3rd to 6th of September 2013.

The Wiley X-LAB system is a full operational optician system that services the production, administration, and governmental departments or companies on-site. The X-Lab system offers prescription lens system to the Wiley X safety glasses, Drägers gasmask systems and terminal glasses / monitor glasses to the administration staff.
The Wiley X-LAB system is today used by some of the biggest Danish cooperation’s like Mærsk, Vestas, and Grundfoss to mention a few of the civilian compnies, but the X-LAB system is also servicing the Danish Police and other governmental departments.
The key-factor to the great success with the new X-Lab system is that Wiley X brings the eye test center to the customers location where the authorized Wiley X opticians performs and certifies an full eye-test and helps the employees to choose the ideal safety glass to his/hers needs and demands.

Your tasks will include building and developing the following markets in Europe: Optician, Motorcycle-(including Harley-Davidson Performance Eyewear by Wiley X), pro-craftsman chains, industrial and establishing new markets. You will also be responsible for your own department and to carry out daily tasks such as: sales, general management, product planning, fairs and other activities throughout the EU, etc.
Most important is that you are the one who takes the lead, shows the line and takes responsibility for the department.

We expect you to:
• Have proven experience in export sales. • Have experience in the retail area. • Can negotiate agreements at chain level both at home and abroad. • Have experience in management/leadership.
• Can speak and write English fluently. • Can speak German and maybe French - possibly at a slightly lower level. • Live max. 50 km from Wiley X Europe's European headquarters in Vemb. • Be willing to have min. 60 annual travel days. • Handle many tasks at once and still stay on track.
If you have one or the following qualifications, it will be an advantage:
• Experience from the eye care business/Optician. • Military Experience. • Experience from the motorcycle industry.
